Job Summary

A senior investment operations professional is sought to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment/funds management and compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the escalation point for trade management, fund accounting, and client reporting teams;
  • Manage relationships with boutiques, ensuring their operational requirements are met;
  • Coordinate the implementation of operational changes, including data collation, documentation, and system updates;
  • Review and manage due diligence questionnaires, ensuring accurate and timely responses;
  • Monitor and review pre-trade and post-trade compliance for funds and mandates;
  • Ensure all daily regulatory reporting obligations are met;
  • Provide advice on complex corporate action accounting and review/approve corporate actions processed by Fund Accounting;
  • Review and approve compliance reporting, data requests, and proxy voting instructions;
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of new products, ensuring compliance rules are accurately implemented;
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualifications in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline;
  • Strong knowledge of compliance obligations under financial services regulation;
  • High-level knowledge of portfolio and order management systems (PMS & OMS);
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong skills across broader Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
