Investment Banking Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banking Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business, working closely with colleagues across various sectors.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our investment banking team and contribute to the success of our business.
  • You will be responsible for participating in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing financial analysis, and presenting internal and client presentations.
  • You will work closely with senior bankers to lead the implementation of the execution function, supporting analysts and developing your skills to become a senior officer capable of generating and executing transactions.
  • You will gain knowledge of global and Australian sectors and participants, collaborating closely with colleagues across our global platform and product groups.
  • You will demonstrate enthusiasm for our mission and commitment to our success.
  • You will work with over 100 analysts and associates across the APAC region, involved in real-time transactions that may include travel.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in investment banking or finance-related sectors, with an awareness of products and services provided.
  • A well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution.
  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • A general understanding of the M&A and capital markets transaction cycle and processes involved.
  • Impeccable communication skills to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and committed, able to work independently and collaboratively.
