About the Role

Talent International is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. This is a newly created permanent position due to team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intricate high-risk cases and private workplace inquiries related to team member grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Provide assistance in negotiations, bargaining process, and delivery of Enterprise agreements.
  • Support the ER Manager in recognizing and implementing strategies for ongoing enhancement of people practices and risk mitigation.
  • Offer specialized advice on policies, procedures, employment risks, and other intricate employment-related issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Employee Relations within a dynamic and intricate organisational setting.
  • Thorough knowledge of workplace legislations, regulations, and Awards.
  • Proficiency in handling highly confidential information and personal matters with professionalism.
  • Substantial experience in case management, conducting investigations, and a deep understanding of stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ability to mentor Junior Advisors.
