Job Overview

The Process Governance Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear framework for process governance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing process documentation, version control, ownership, and accountability.
  • Leading assurance activities such as internal audits, maturity assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies, duplication, and gaps through operational review and team feedback.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement workshops to engage functions in identifying and implementing enhancements.

This role requires a proven experience in process improvement, governance, or operational assurance with strong understanding of change management.
