Process Governance Lead

This key member will be responsible for establishing and maintaining clear frameworks for process governance, leading assurance activities, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Risk team to monitor adherence to core processes and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has experience in process improvement, governance, or operational assurance, along with strong change management skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop supporting tools, guides, and training content to ensure change is adopted consistently.

  1. Process Governance Frameworks: Establish and maintain clear frameworks for process governance, including documentation, version control, ownership, and accountability.
  2. Assurance Activities: Lead internal audits, maturity assessments, and compliance reviews.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, duplication, and gaps through operational review, assurance activity, and team feedback.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Facilitate workshops to engage functions in identifying and implementing enhancements.
