IT Process Governance Expert

This role requires collaboration with team members and the SNS group to support and govern service delivery processes through the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with Design, Build, and RUN network engineers as well as Project Managers to facilitate the effective use of ITIL-based processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing comprehensive reporting on KPIs and SLAs, providing actionable insights to drive continuous service improvement for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to support and govern service delivery processes through ServiceNow
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to facilitate ITIL-based processes
- Produce comprehensive reporting on KPIs and SLAs
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years' IT service delivery management experience in a complex IT infrastructure large corporate environment
- Experienced using ServiceNow Change Incident Problem Request
- 3 years ITIL experience Foundations certificate desirable
- Advancing data analysis problem solving and reporting skills
- Intermediate PowerPoint Excel and Power BI skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
