About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at REMONDIS External Careers. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing commercial and industrial customers to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
