Customer Service and Warranty Expert

We're seeking a skilled Warranty and Service Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, AU. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving product warranty issues, collaborating with our Quality Assurance team, addressing customer complaints, managing warranty requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls.
- Supporting customers in resolving product warranty issues.
- Collaborating with our onsite Quality Assurance team for technical support.
- Addressing customer complaints and working on solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Managing and diagnosing customer warranty requests.
- Troubleshooting issues and providing clear effective solutions.
- Providing outstanding customer service and product advice.
- Ensuring accurate records are updated within our CRM system.
- Coordinating day-to-day requirements, including processing work orders and invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, specifically in Warranty and After Sales.
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft).
