Marketing Specialist Role

The Product Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing digital content, coordinating trade shows and marketing events, and supporting strategic brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads across key industries.
- Increase brand awareness across product lines and target markets.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Lead planning and logistics for trade shows, recruitment events, and customer-facing marketing activities.
- Collaborate with global teams to align local marketing activities with broader brand strategies.
- Maintain and update all North American marketing content to ensure consistency with global brand guidelines.
- Produce and update brochures, banners, videos, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Help maintain global website content, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Support the sales team by providing necessary marketing tools and creating new content as needed.
- Assist with CRM reporting and analysis to support sales leadership.
- Recommend improvements to CRM data quality and usage.
- Track marketing performance metrics, including trade show ROI and budget reporting.
- Provide regular reporting to global leadership teams.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, and external partners like vendors and event coordinators.
- Ensure all communications and materials meet high quality and accuracy standards.
- Adhere to internal compliance, health & safety, and environmental policies.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required (advance notice provided).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO, content marketing, and inbound strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong editorial skills, and time management.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing content.
