Training Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our training capability across Australia.
Role Responsibilities:- Lead a large and diverse team executing to multiple domains and capabilities
- Develop strategic plans and capabilities covering people, process and tools aspects including needs analysis, design and development;
- Drive competency development for training specialists across the business;
- Provide recommendations on tools, technologies and standards adoption.
- Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery
- Recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment. Experience within a Military training environment would be beneficial.
- Proven experience in the analysis and design of training curricula and/or developing training media.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in training operations and management.
