Job Overview

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop internal training platforms for employee training, including induction, onboarding, and critical risk training.
  • Collaborate with operations and health and safety teams to identify effective training delivery methods.
  • Create tailored training materials, such as task-specific packages and video tutorials.
  • Standardise training processes by simplifying content and eliminating duplication.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop skills matrices for each role and business unit.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in metal recycling, mining, or construction.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Proven ability to implement workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
