About This Role

This position involves a dynamic combination of leadership, strategy, and technical expertise to oversee global mobility programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Mobility Tax Support: Provide end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility, supporting HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contribute to global workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
  • Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise: Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.
