Overview

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance organizational interests and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a social services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social determinants of health and community engagement principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
