Deputy Head of Social Work

The role of Deputy Head of Social Work requires a skilled and visionary professional to lead the team in providing high-quality social work services. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in social work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • Demonstrated excellent skills and experience in leadership and management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating quality/service improvement activities
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
