Key Responsibilities- Providing clinical and administrative leadership to a team of professionals

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain a clinical caseload that reflects your experience and commitment to direct care. You will also assume the role of Acting Head of Department during periods of absence or leave.
Requirements- A degree in Social Work and eligibility for professional registration
- Demonstrated extensive clinical and management experience as a social worker, including a demonstrated understanding of service provision in complex health settings
- Excellent skills and experience in leadership and management, including experience with financial, risk, staff supervision and workforce management
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including advocacy and negotiation
