The successful candidate will provide exceptional clinical and administrative leadership, driving excellence in social work practice across Liverpool Hospital and the South Western Sydney Local Health District.
- Maintain a robust clinical caseload reflecting experience and commitment to direct care, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and act as Acting Head of Department during periods of absence or leave to provide continuity and stability.
- Lead strategic initiatives to influence systemic change and improve outcomes for individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and set professional standards to promote best practices in social work.
- Administrative Leadership: Contribute to workforce planning and development to ensure effective service delivery, optimizing resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Safety and Quality: Implement rigorous safety and quality processes to enhance service delivery, minimizing risk and maximizing patient satisfaction.
