BIM Model Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced BIM professional to oversee the project model from inception, developing a comprehensive integrated model alongside architects and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage project models and documentation for seamless collaboration among teams
  • Ensure optimal utilization of Building Information Modeling across project delivery to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Audit model health and resolve conflicts and issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with project leaders to drive deliverables and address model-related concerns
  • Develop BIM skills within project teams to enhance their expertise

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or Interior Design
  • At least 5 years' experience as a BIM professional
  • Expert proficiency in Revit software
  • Strong expertise in creating and rationalizing Revit families and content
