**Job Overview**

A leading consultancy is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to oversee the creation of digital models and integrated data from the design phase to the construction phase.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up and maintain project-specific electrical models.
  • Coordinate with project teams, updating and modifying the model as needed.
  • Develop 3D documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
  • Assist engineers with design calculations and drawings.
  • Ensure high-quality work delivery within specified time frames.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Essential for this role are:

  • Previous experience in a similar role on large projects, preferably Commercial or Rail within Australia.
  • Minimum 5 years of BIM Coordinator experience.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Extensive experience with BIM software in building engineering projects.
