Our organisation is renowned for its expertise in the built environment.

We're currently seeking a BIM Modeller to join our high-performing team, working collaboratively in an engaging work environment.

The primary objective of this position is to create accurate digital models and integrated data from the initial design phase to the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drawing setup and production of electrical services shop drawings using Revit
  • 3D modelling of elements accurately with 2D mark-ups
  • Coordination of electrical services for clash detection with other contractors
  • Maintenance of technical standards according to contractual obligations
  • Development of templates and families as required
  • Collaboration with designers, engineers, estimators, foremen, business developers, and clients to meet project expectations

About You:

  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (ideally within electrical space)
  • High level of experience with coordinated services drawings (including plant room layouts, sections, details, schematics)
  • Desire to develop design skills, with opportunities for growth internally
  • Experience on large-scale projects with high numbers of drawings
  • BIM360/Revizto experience advantageous
  • Track record of meeting project deadlines
