The opportunity
We are currently working on several exciting and city-shaping Transport Projects across Victoria, and interstate. Working as an integral part of the Digital team on Transport projects, your role is responsible for the production of structural drawings & models using project specified software such as Autodesk Revit / Tekla / Microstation / AutoCAD. Interpret design intent sketches provided by the project engineers and assist with the formal drawing submission process and develop production drawings, and BIM model coordination with other disciplines. Comply with company and project-specific modelling and drawing standards.
- Ability to work within project defined CDE
- Parametric skills would be advantageous
- In addition, you will work closely with our Digital Delivery and BIM teams to develop your BIM capabilities.
- What can you bring to our team?
Experience working in a similar role as a BIM Modeller on civil/structural engineering projects, and experience in the production of structural drawings & models using project specified software such as Autodesk Revit or Tekla or Microstation or AutoCAD
We're also looking for someone with extensive working knowledge of local standards, in particular PTV & VicRoads, and strong proficiency in modelling & documentation software. Strong communication skills is required.
