Job Title: Employment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to join our team. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in the successful placement and transition of job seekers into sustainable employment and/or education.

  • You will prepare job seekers for employment through individually tailored services, promoting them to local and national employers.

To achieve this, you will:

  1. Place job seekers into sustainable employment by actively reversing market participants to potential employers, including marketing activities to build employer networks and vacant positions.
  2. Gain a good understanding of the local labour market needs and skill our job seekers accordingly.
  3. Encourage and motivate job seekers through appropriate activities to find their own employment.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has motivation and drive to achieve customer service and sales targets, as well as proven experience working with targets and KPIs. You must be able to manage a caseload and possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
