Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced professional who will be taking over a structured, well-maintained portfolio with full support from a highly skilled and motivated team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation, as well as experience with property management software such as PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express.
