Job Role: Senior Credit Manager

A seasoned credit professional is required to support business lending across various property transactions.

The role involves leading a team of credit managers and making informed credit decisions on property lending deals. Key responsibilities include approving and structuring deals, leveraging analytical rigor and commercial insight to drive strategic growth.

Candidates will work closely with frontline bankers, product partners, and senior stakeholders to provide expert credit advice and monitor portfolio performance.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Melbourne with flexible working arrangements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience approving property credit transactions
  • Strong banking and financial services background
  • Commercial mindset and sound business acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Passion for supporting property clients — investors, developers, and owner-builders
