Strata Property Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strata Property Manager Trainee.

Job Description:
  • Work alongside an experienced licensed Strata Property Manager to gain hands-on experience and training in all aspects of property management.
  • Obtain a Strata Management License within six months through our comprehensive training program.
  • Assist with daily reception desk duties, including answering calls, responding to messages, and greeting clients.
  • Support property managers with tasks such as obtaining quotes, scheduling maintenance, and confirming jobs with tradespeople.
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills and learn effective conflict resolution techniques.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with licensed property managers while completing the licensing course.
  • Upon successful completion of the licensing exam, work on your own portfolio of properties.
  • Manage emergencies with poise and composure, able to analyze situations and find practical solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, including hospitality, retail, and restaurant industries.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • A clean criminal record check is required.
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary for the role.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Strata Property Management License.
