Physiotherapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in providing holistic resident-centered services that enhance the health and wellbeing of our residents.

  • This is a challenging yet rewarding role for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a real difference working with the elderly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage chronic diseases and injuries, conduct manual handling and functional assessments, and provide initial assessments.
  2. Clinical referrals, community referrals, fall prevention, risk management, education, equipment prescription, exercise programs, and re-enablement services.
  3. Attend clinical meetings and case conferences, facilitate clinical staff training, and build private caseloads and community referrals.
