As a Consultant in Geriatric Medicine, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing the healthcare of older adults, while integrating care with other multidisciplinary team members.
Significant clinical experience in the field of Geriatric Medicine with a focus on multidimensional assessment and management of elderly patients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Demonstrate clinical and technical expertise with appropriate knowledge, skills and ability to deliver quality patient clinical care services across acute, sub-acute, geriatric evaluation, perioperative and maintenance care.
Provide evidence-based and quality clinical care of individual patients in all domains of medical practice.
Attend and provide support to a range of internal and external committees, forums, meetings, working parties and expert advisory groups.
Demonstrate a high level of communication skills in clinical practice and corporate functions.
