Job Title: Skilled Healthcare Professionals Sought

Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton requires multiple skilled healthcare professionals to join our Casual Nursing Pool.

About the Role

We are looking for talented individuals who can provide patient-centred care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse on duty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care.
  • Demonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and patient management.
  • Implementing strategies to ensure quality and risk management in service provision.
  • Collaborating with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Maintaining current knowledge and skills for professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (no restrictions).
  • Prior experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously using initiative and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of service to patients.
