About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management activities to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and equipped to transition successfully. This involves initiating, managing and driving change initiatives to achieve business objectives.

This hands-on role is integral to building change capability within our organization by coaching people through transition and transformation. You will work closely with high-performing colleagues in our project management office team to truly embed yourself in a business where you want to make a lasting impact.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Experience in change management with several years in similar roles is highly valued
  • Qualifications in a related field such as business administration or human resources would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role
  • Experience in financial or insurance sectors and digital transformation is desirable
