Residential Construction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Presenter to join our team. As a Tender Presenter, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality tender packs, including pricing, plans, inclusions, and site-specific details.
Working closely with the sales and pre-construction teams, you will ensure that all tender documents are accurate and complete. This includes collaborating with drafting, estimating, and contract teams to finalize tender information.
You will also conduct client-facing tender appointments, clearly explaining inclusions, upgrade options, and pricing breakdowns. Additionally, you will manage updates to tenders in line with design changes, promotions, or pricing adjustments.
Maintaining version control and documentation accuracy using internal CRM and workflow systems is crucial for this role. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively present tender information to clients.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Tender Presenter, Pre-Construction Coordinator, or in a similar client-facing construction role. You must possess strong knowledge of residential construction processes, house plans, and standard inclusions.
With your attention to detail and excellent time management skills, you will excel in managing high volume workflows while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Framework or similar systems are advantageous.
