Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to manage the lunch and dinner service in our employee restaurant, ensuring that all dishes meet high culinary standards.

The ideal candidate will have sufficient work experience as a Senior Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant with excellent track records. They will also hold a completion of Advanced Chef Apprenticeship or Postgraduate Diploma in Culinary Arts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for employees in the employee restaurant to exacting quality standards.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene practices throughout the kitchen, adhering to industry regulations.
  • Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Lead and motivate kitchen teams to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef or Executive Chef in a prestigious establishment.
  • Advanced qualifications in Culinary Arts, including postgraduate degrees or certifications.
  • Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and inventory control.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
