Customer Success Leader Job Description

As a Customer Success Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled professionals who deliver exceptional service and support experiences to our customers. Your leadership and mentorship skills will empower your team to achieve outstanding results and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, providing coaching, career development, and ensuring they meet team and departmental goals.
  • Nurture an environment that fosters collaboration, accountability, and creativity, encouraging innovation and growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating resources and activities across a distributed team to ensure seamless execution of workflows and consistent global processes.
  • Enable teams to participate in account expansion, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth.

Programs:

  • Develop proactive services aimed at enriching the customer experience by anticipating and preventing problems, and reinforcing value through full adoption of purchased services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver AppleCare product offerings and programs in the JAPAC region, driving best-in-class service and support experiences.
  • Create and drive programs to ensure and enhance top-tier service and support experiences, aligning with global standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Technology, focusing on service and support with a proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention.
  • Experience in Technology Business Management, IT Services Management, or IT Mobile Strategies, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present to all levels of leadership, issue tracking, triaging, crisis management, and effective communication.
