Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders
  • Prepare high-quality training materials, user guides and support documentation to ensure effective onboarding
  • Deliver clear, concise communications, FAQs and change messaging to firmwide audiences
  • Support project planning, task tracking and progress reporting with the project team
  • Monitor feedback and user engagement post implementation to identify areas for improvement and enhancement
  • Track and escalate risks and blockers to the Senior Project Manager in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience in project coordination, change support, or training delivery roles with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to contribute to C&C strategy development and execution
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and ability to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft stack and able to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Proven ability to coordinate and run meetings, workshops, and training sessions with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative and approachable, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a willingness to learn and grow
