Major Project Coordinator

Achieving Project Success
Delivering results on major projects requires careful planning, scheduling, and coordination. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for expediting operations to meet project goals and timeframes.
The role is dynamic and includes:
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing delivery objectives that align with existing workload, orders, and forecasts
• Coordinating schedules to avoid delays, customer dissatisfaction, and complaints
• Forecasting project demand to optimize factory capacity
• Interpreting contracts and negotiating program and delivery requirements
• Managing contractual variations, surcharges, and pricing movements
• Identifying growth areas and undertaking specialist projects when required
• Preparing monthly project progress reports
Requirements:
You will need:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in project management
• Ability to work in a team environment, fostering collaboration to achieve common goals
• Excellent computing skills
• High degree of quality awareness
