Strategic Site Acquisition Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving growth through strategic site acquisitions. As part of our National Development Group, you will play a key part in identifying and evaluating potential new sites for McDonald's expansion strategy in Australia.
With a focus on finding and acquiring freehold and leasehold properties, you will work closely with the Construction Team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing negotiations, legal documentation, and development approvals to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate potential new sites for McDonald's expansion strategy
- Manage the end-to-end property acquisition process, including negotiations, legal documentation, and development approvals
- Work closely with the Construction Team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with external consultants to ensure project success
- Degree in Property, Construction, Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Ideal experience in retail or mixed-use development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about development
