Site Acquisition Expert

A Property Specialist is required to ensure seamless site acquisition and compliance with relevant legislation. This role involves providing expert advice on property and tenure matters, negotiation of contract terms, and management of legal advisors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, real estate)
- Commercial leasing experience
- Ability to drive and guide a team, as well as negotiate agreements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
About the Role:
This position requires extensive knowledge of site acquisition, wireless communications, and commercial lease/license negotiation principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant Commonwealth, State, and Territory Legislation, Regulations, and Codes of Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all tasks relating to site acquisition are in compliance with legislative requirements
- Provide expert property and tenure advice to staff and clients
- Negotiate contract terms with property owners
- Manage legal advisors to formalize tenure agreements
What We're Looking For:
An experienced professional with a high level of understanding of lease/license agreements and property law requirements. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
