Site Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Development Manager to accelerate business growth through strategic site acquisitions in the dynamic quick service restaurant market. As a key member of our National Development Group, you will play a pivotal role in finding and evaluating potential new sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop industry connections and leverage real estate technology to identify high-potential new sites
- Conduct thorough research to assess feasibility and potential of each site
- Manage the end-to-end property acquisition process, including negotiations, legal documentation, and development approvals
- Collaborate with external consultants and the Construction Team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Engage with stakeholders to keep projects aligned with strategic growth plans
- A degree in Property, Construction, Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in delivery in retail or mixed-use development is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and passion for development
