Lot Packages Coordinator Job Summary

This role is responsible for the efficient delivery of fencing and landscaping projects by coordinating logistics, supporting site operations, and maintaining strong communication between teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and schedule fencing installations across multiple sites to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage the unloading and upkeep of materials in the yard to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collate and organize fencing and landscaping materials for upcoming jobs to optimize workflow and reduce delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors and client liaisons to ensure seamless communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery.
  • Assist with the procurement and tracking of plants to meet customer needs.
Key Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Previous experience in residential front landscaping (preferably).
  • A valid forklift ticket (preferably but not essential, training can be provided).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent time management and reliability skills.
  • A current manual driver's license (MR or HR preferred) and White Construction Awareness Card.
