We don't just sell fences, we transform backyards, and we're looking for a Sales Manager/Consultant who's ready to sell, connect, and help us grow while delivering an unbeatable customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to inbound leads and convert them into confirmed projects
  • Conduct Zoom-based quoting and deliver polished sales presentations
  • Work closely with customers to design their perfect custom fence
  • Maintain accurate records and communication in ServiceM8

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience in construction, building products, or similar (fencing experience highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to close sales
  • Organised, driven, and passionate about customer experience
  • Valid Australian driver's licence required
  • Proficient with ServiceM8 software and MS Office suite

This is our most recent community project for James.

James was born with Down Syndrome and has undergone six surgeries, including open-heart surgery. Despite it all, he's one of the happiest and most energetic kids you'll ever meet. His family wanted a safe space for him to play and continue his therapy, so we built a retaining wall and fence, and even fixed other areas along the way.
