About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and organized Installation Coordinator to work in our installation team. Working closely with the Installation Manager, Production Team and Installation team of fencing and gate installations. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth installation operations & a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Installation Manager to manage a team of sub-contract installers
  • Travel to all installation sites as required to check site conditions, QC inspections on work that has been installed
  • Assist in resolution of any jobs that require fix-ups or need to be re-scheduled
  • Interface with Production & Material assembly
  • Ensure all materials are available on site for installers to complete jobs
  • Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors
  • Assist with logistics of materials to site
  • Liaise with clients to confirm site readiness and rectification works if required
  • Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain communication with production and logistics to align project timelines
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
  • Assist in workforce planning and materials coordination
About You
  • Proven experience in installation coordination, preferably in fencing, construction, or similar trades
  • Experience working with sub-contractor trade teams
  • Hands-on experience to get jobs completed with minor works
  • Ideally have your own selection of hand-tools for basic rectification work as required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of fencing/gate products and installation processes
  • Comfortable to travel wider Perth area extensively to support our installation operations
  • Current driver's license (essential) & own transport available
