Lot Packages Coordinator

The role of a Lot Packages Coordinator is to ensure the seamless delivery of fencing and landscaping projects. This involves managing logistics, supporting site operations, and maintaining strong communication between teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule fencing installations across multiple sites
  • Manage the unloading and upkeep of materials in the yard
  • Collate and organize fencing and landscaping materials for upcoming jobs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date summaries and records of all activities
  • Provide regular updates to Supervisors and Client Liaisons
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery
  • Assist with the Greenstock process, including ordering and tracking plants
Requirements
  • Prior experience with residential front landscaping (preferred)
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not essential, training can be provided)
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Reliable, punctual, and have excellent time management skills
  • Current manual Driver's License (MR or HR preferred) and White Construction Awareness Card
