Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a seasoned commercial property manager to join our team. As a key member, you will oversee the administration of leases, manage relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensure compliance with regulations.

About This Role:
  • Develop strong landlord and tenant relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Manage lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.
  • Oversee arrears, outgoings, budgets, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare condition reports.
  • Coordinate capital works, fit-outs, and make-good projects.
  • Liaise with contractors, tenants, and owners to ensure seamless operations.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years in commercial property management.
  • Strong understanding of retail/commercial leases and outgoings.
  • Proficient in lease administration and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
