Facilities Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to lead our commercial portfolio in Brisbane.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with clients to ensure all on-site expectations are met;
  • Proactively engaging stakeholders to develop sound working relationships at all levels;
  • Management of facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards;
  • Risk management;
  • Recommending continuous quality improvement initiatives;
  • Ensuring site operations meet or exceed targets;
  • Budgeting and reporting as required;
  • Contractor management;
  • Maintenance/preventative maintenance, asset planning, and fit-outs.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven facilities management experience in a commercial environment, a sound understanding of sustainability, and excellent communication skills. You will also be able to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time effectively.
