We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse and high-quality portfolio of commercial properties in Brisbane, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our extensive commercial property portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and arrears management to ensure maximum returns on investment.
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and contractor management across the portfolio to minimize costs and optimize performance.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets, providing strategic advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in commercial property management (senior or leadership level preferred) with a strong track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of lease administration, property legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License.
