Product and Portfolio Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in the delivery of our commercial packages portfolio. As Senior Product and Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for shaping product strategy, driving portfolio outcomes, and leading cross-functional initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives across the product lifecycle including design, development, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Assess complex underwriting referrals to ensure alignment with risk appetite, authority limits, and underwriting standards.
  • Identify and resolve product and pricing system issues.
  • Mentor direct reports and collaborate across teams.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled leader who can bring a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a collaborative mindset. If you have experience in general insurance, product and/or portfolio management, and are passionate about delivering results-driven solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in general insurance.
  • Proven experience managing commercial portfolios or solid background in commercial packages underwriting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product development, pricing reviews, or strategic planning.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across underwriting, distribution, pricing, claims, risk, and compliance.
