We're partnering exclusively with a highly regarded and fast-growing property management business in Brisbane Southern Suburbs.
About the Portfolio Manager Role:This is a full portfolio management position covering all operational, financial, and tenant engagement responsibilities. You'll be supported by a strong team while having the independence to truly own your work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
- Serve as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, contractors & bodies corporate
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, terminations, and make-good processes
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Prepare and manage property budgets and outgoings
- Collaborate with the accounts team to deliver accurate reporting and financials
- Ensure compliance and deliver an exceptional service experience
- 3+ years of experience in commercial property management
- Strong financial acumen and confidence managing budgets and reporting
- Clear, professional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Experience with Re-Leased software (or similar) is a plus
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
