About Regulatory Compliance Content Leadership

We seek a strategic content leader with expertise in regulatory compliance and passion for managing high-performing teams. As the head of content, you will lead a team of skilled content developers and drive innovative solutions that keep our compliance offerings current, customer-centric, and commercially aligned.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and refine content accuracy to meet evolving regulatory demands and customer feedback.
  • Leverage data insights, customer needs, and innovation (including AI and automation) to propel continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize content strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Nurture relationships with external stakeholders including regulators, consultants, legal professionals, and authors.
  • Mentor and develop your team to cultivate subject matter expertise and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications:
  • Law degree or equivalent preferred, emphasizing legal and compliance education and experience.
  • Demonstrated track record in regulatory compliance content, legal publishing, or product/content management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in content development focusing on legal, risk, or compliance domains.
  • Prior experience in people leadership.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for customer-driven content and innovation.
