Job Opportunity:

The Content Manager position is a pivotal role within our organization.

This leadership position involves overseeing a team of skilled content developers and ensuring the company's regulatory compliance solutions remain current, customer-centric, and commercially aligned.

This is an exceptional opportunity to combine legal, regulatory or publishing expertise with leadership and innovation, helping to enhance compliance offerings that support professionals across the Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and refine content accuracy in response to regulatory changes and customer feedback.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data, customer insights, and innovation.
  • Foster collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to synchronize content with commercial objectives.
  • Nurture relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants, legal professionals, and authors.
  • Lead and mentor your team to cultivate subject matter expertise and a customer-focused culture.
  • Support pre-sales activities and customer retention through content guidance.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in law or equivalent – legal and compliance education and experience are preferred.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance content, legal publishing, or product/content management.
  • 5+ years' experience in content development with a focus on legal, risk, or compliance domains.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for customer-driven content and innovation.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
