Content Manager – Regulatory Compliance (Pacific)

About the Role

As Content Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled Content Developers and be at the forefront of keeping our regulatory compliance solutions current, customer-centric, and commercially aligned. As part of the global Content functional leadership for Regulatory Compliance, you will work cross-functionally with local and international teams to ensure content excellence and continuous improvement.

This is a rare opportunity to combine your legal, regulatory or publishing expertise with leadership and innovation – helping us enhance compliance offerings that support professionals across the Pacific.

Reporting to the Head of Content - Regulatory Compliance Global, this is a permanent full-time role based in either Sydney or Melbourne with combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure content accuracy and responsiveness to regulatory changes and customer feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement, leveraging data, customer insights, and innovation (including AI and automation).
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align content with commercial goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants, legal professionals, and authors.
  • Lead and mentor your team to build subject matter expertise and a customer-first culture.
  • Support pre-sales activities and customer retention through content leadership.

Requirements

  • University law degree or equivalent – legal and compliance education and experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance content, legal publishing, or product/content management.
  • 5+ years' experience in content development with a focus on legal, risk, or compliance domains.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for customer-driven content and innovation.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
