Content Manager Role Summary

As a senior-level Content Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants, and authors.
  • Leading strategic content initiatives to align content with commercial goals and improve decision-making.
  • Driving continuous improvement through data analysis, customer insights, and innovative technologies like AI and automation.
  • Mentoring team members to build subject matter expertise and a customer-first culture.

Requirements for the role include:

  • University law degree or equivalent – legal and compliance education and experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance content, legal publishing, or product/content management.
  • 5+ years' experience in content development with a focus on legal, risk, or compliance domains.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience and strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
