As a Content Manager, you will lead a team of skilled Content Developers and be at the forefront of keeping our regulatory compliance solutions current, customer-centric, and commercially aligned.
About The Role- Ensure content accuracy and responsiveness to regulatory changes and customer feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement, leveraging data, customer insights, and innovation (including AI and automation).
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align content with commercial goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants, legal professionals, and authors.
- Lead and mentor your team to build subject matter expertise and a customer-first culture.
- University law degree or equivalent – legal and compliance education and experience preferred.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance content, legal publishing, or product/content management.
- 5+ years' experience in content development with a focus on legal, risk, or compliance domains.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for customer-driven content and innovation.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
